Sun came out on January 1st, 2011 and the dogs were itching to get out, so we headed to the mountains. This is Jeremy Ranch. Usually, this is a dirt road that links two counties, each of which is accessible through two separate canyons. In the winter, the road is plowed in one county, then the state maintenance ends and the only way to continue on is on foot.

Park City got almost two feet of snow during the last snow storm

and the frigid temps kept it nice and powdery.
